The award winning restaurant and Brasserie at Kilcamb Lodge are famous for dining excellence, with delicious and fresh fish & shellfish from the Sound of Mull, Scottish beef and lamb and our renowned Ardnamurchan venison taking pride of place on our menu. Premier Suites
- These rooms are our largest and most luxurious with wonderful front aspects and views over the Loch and Mountains beyond.
Superior Loch View Double Room
s - These rooms are slightly smaller than the Premier Suites and enjoy front facing Loch and Mountain views. One of these bedrooms has a balcony and a side loch view of the gardens and Loch Sunart.
Deluxe King Double Rooms with Garden Views
- These rooms are large double rooms with en suite bathrooms and garden views. All these rooms are dog friendly.
Lounge Bar
Our cosy lounge bar with roaring log fire is the perfect place for pre/after dinner drinks. Plump sofas and deep cosy chairs provide an ideal comfortable area in which to enjoy an afternoon tea or lunch as well.
Drawing Room
Our drawing room is decorated in elegant colours of yellow and blue and has wonderful views of the loch and mountains. Shelves full of books and a cosy fire complete the picture. Our Drawing room ideal for those seeking peace and quiet or for reading a book or the Sunday papers with a tea or coffee and some of chef’s delicious shortbread biscuits. Guests have been known to snuggle down under a cosy blanket for an afternoon snooze as well!
Dining
The Fine Dining Restaurant
Dinner at Kilcamb is the highlight of your stay. The lovely intimate Restaurant has soft tones of deep pink with lovely floral drapes and crisp white linen and fresh flowers. Candle light and soft music complete the scene for a relaxing and romantic fine dining experience where you can savour our 5 course menu offering the delights from our 2AA Rosette chef and his team.
The Driftwood Brasserie
Our New Driftwood Brasserie opened in March 2013 with the aim of offering a less formal dining experience. Tables are wooden and simply laid and the atmosphere is "New England" style with painted wood and oak floors. The menu, whilst offering many of the Fine Dining dishes, also offers simpler dishes in a relaxed and laid back style. The menu is a la carte so flexibility is the key. Guest can choose to spend as much or as little as they wish as well as deciding how many courses from a simple steak to something more elaborate - and our daily specials as well - the choice is yours.
Our charming Restaurant as been winning awards and serving celebrated food for over two decades. Our Chef has been awarded 2AA Rosettes and has achieved recommendation in the esteemed Michelin Guide in 2015/16 for the 13th year in succession . The Restaurant style is time-honoured elegance with crisp white table linens, fresh flowers, crystal glasses and candle-light, offering a choice of menus which specialise in producing the best of Local Scottish Seafood, as well as our renowned Scottish meat and game.
Dogs Welcome
The natural beauty and outdoor life that the highlands of Scotland offers, simply has to be shared with your best pal, so don’t leave them at home. Our dogs welcome policy ensures that Kilcamb Lodge will give your dog a warm and friendly welcome and you will even find some doggy treats in your room with our compliments.
If you need towels to dry your dog after swimming in the Loch these will be provided.
Many of our guests and their dogs return time and again. They enjoy the wonderful freedom in the grounds and on the shore and find it actually helps to make their holiday as pets are both safe and happy. The gardens at Kilcamb Lodge Hotel are perfect for exercising your dog and ideal for a really good run around as there are no flower beds or ornamental gardens to worry about; just acres of wild flower meadow and beach.
If your dog has any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do all we can to accommodate their needs. We also stock many brands of dog food if you need extra.
If we can do anything else to make your dog’s stay a happier one – just let us know.
The charge for a dog in your room is normally £6.00 per night or £10.00 for 2 dogs.
